In recognition of Halloween, our topic will be all things ghostly. I will give a condensed version of my Communiversity class - The Haunted Heartland. I'll talk about the leading theories on what exactly ghosts are, and discuss such haunted places as the Lemp Mansion in St. Louis, the Crescent Hotel in Eureka Springs, Arkansas, Fort Riley in Junction City, Kansas, the Coleman Theater in Miami, Oklahoma, and Union Cemetery here in Kansas City.

The second hour of our meeting will be an open discussion. Attendees will be given the opportunity to share their own personal ghostly encounters with the group.

Please join us for what is sure to be an informative and thought provoking two hours!

    I am very fortunate to be the member of this group and those who had experienced death while alive are the luckiest ones [we] rest should go on

I was new to the group and I would have liked to exchanged experiences a little more than what expired. ”
